Stuart McCall has decided to give his senior players additional game time when they take on Eccleshill United on Wednesday.
The fixture was originally set to give some of the younger players a chance to shine however, Bradford are now set to field a strong side as they step up their pre-season campaign.
Before Wednesday’s clash with the West Yorkshire side, Bradford will take on TV Echterdingen in Germany this Saturday. Following four days of training in Austria, the Bantams will now travel across the border to take on the low level German side.
Paul Taylor and Alex Gilliead could play their first game in this pre-season campaign after missing the 3-0 defeat to neighbours, Bradford Park Avenue. However, striker Charlie Wyke could miss out with a sore hamstring.
Eccleshill will also be in action this Saturday as they welcome Farsley Celtic to the Mitton Group Stadium.
Sean Regan’s side will be hoping to bounce back from their 6-1 defeat to Shaw Lane last Monday.
