David Wagner’s side will be looking to maintain their four game unbeaten run (3W, 1D) when they face Nottingham Forest this coming Boxing Day.
The Terriers manager turned down an approach from German side Wolfsburg earlier this week and heads into Monday’s game having earned a tonne of respect from the Huddersfield supporters.
His side could have Mark Hudson back in the ranks after the defender made his return to training. Joe Lolley is also back in training however, it might take time before we see the winger make an appearance.
While Huddersfield look for their fourth straight win in four games, including their 2-1 won over Norwich last week, Forest will be on the look out for their fourth win in ten league matches.
Philippe Montanier’s side are currently 17th in the Championship but have a good recent away record, winning two out of their last three on the road.
Forwards, Britt Assombalonga and Nicklas Bendtner are expected to be fit while defender Damien Perquis is likely to miss Monday’s trip to the John Smith’s stadium.
