Leeds United welcome Ipswich Town to Elland Road tomorrow in the Sky Bet Championship.
After a difficult start to the season, Leeds are starting to hit form and will be looking for their fourth win in a row in all competitions following two victories over Blackburn and last weeks victory away at Cardiff City.
The centre back pairing of Kyle Bartley and Pontus Jansson have strengthened Leeds’ defence which looked shaky at the start of the season. The pair have conceded only two goals in their last four games.
Bartley this week said Assistant Manager Pep Clotet deserved credit for the teams defensive improvements telling BBC Radio Leeds: “You’d have to give the credit to Pep. He had a look and then changed our set-up slightly.”
Leeds captain Liam Bridcutt is hoping to return after missing the last two matches with a foot injury. Gaetano Berardi remains unavailable with a hamstring injury, but is back in full training.
Ipswich striker Luke Varney may miss out on the game against his former club with a hamstring injury. Youngster Teddy Bishop is also a doubt with a nose injury.
