Guiseley vs Macclesfield Town Preview 15:00 KO

Guiseley will once again go in search of their first win of the season tomorrow as Macclesfield Town travel to Nethermoor.

The Lions are the only team in the National League without a win this season and sit bottom of the league, eight points from safety.

Adam Lockwood was named the permanent Guiseley manager yesterday, after picking up three draws during his time as intermin manager. He replaced Mark Bower who was sacked in August after five consecutive defeats.

Macclesfield, currently 9th in the National League are chasing a place in the top five. They are two points behind 5th place Tranmere with a game in hand so will see this game as a golden opportunity to pick up three points.

Full back Billy Whitehouse, who joined Guiseley on a three month loan from Leeds United this week is hoping to feature with defenders Danny East and Javan Vidal still unavailable.

Neill Byrne is hoping to feature for Macclesfield after picking up a knock in last weeks defeat to Eastleigh. Chris Sutherland is expected to miss out with a shoulder injury.
