Huddersfield are looking to return to winning ways against QPR tomorrow, after losing their undefeated start to the season.
Despite their 1-0 loss to Brighton on Tuesday, the Terriers still lead the Sky Bet Championship with a one point lead over second place Newcastle and will be expecting to increase that gap tomorrow as they welcome QPR to the John Smith’s stadium.
QPR currently sit 14th in the table but are heading into the match off the back of an embarrassing 6-0 defeat against Newcastle on Tuesday, at Loftus Road.
The clubs Director Of Football Les Ferdinand however insisted that their are no plans to replace current manager Jimmy Floyd Hasslebaink. The former Leeds United and Chelsea striker was appointed in December 2015, after an impressive spell in charge of Burton Albion.
Wingers Joe Lolley and Sean Scannell are doubts for Huddrsfield and are not expected to start. Lolley is struggling with a leg injury which he suffered in their 1-1 draw with Aston Villa whilst Scannell is struggling with a hip injury.
Seb Polter, Jack Robinson, Ben Gladwin and Jamie Mackie are all unavailable for QPR. James Perch will have a scan on the leg injury he suffered against Newcastle. Massimo Luongo is available again and is expected to start.
