With two games remaining and only three points the difference, the steaks are high for Saturday’s game between fifth placed Catalans and sixth placed Castleford.

The Tigers will be without Rangi Chase who is serving a one match suspension. Daryl Powell will also be without Junior Moors who has been ruled out for the remainder of the season with an injury.

Despite that, the Castleford head coach will be happy to have some of his regulars return from injuries. Andre Savelio, Oliver Holmes, Gadwin Springer and Mike McMeeken all return to the 19 man squad as the Tigers look to end the season on a high note.

The Catalans also make changes to their squad.  Jason Baitieri will miss the rest of the season with an injury. Fouad Yaha is also injured but could return for the final game of the season.

As a result, Lucas Albert and Dave Taylor come into the side as the Dragons look to clinch their fifth spot in the Super 8s.

Castleford’s last trip to France ended in a 41-22 defeat. The Tigers have lost three consecutive away games to Catalans and will be looking to break the mould this Saturday.
