The Leeds-born snooker player will take on fellow Englishman, Ricky Walden, in the opening round of the 2016 World Open this Tuesday.
Following a hard though 5-4 victory over Paul Davison in the qualifying stage, David Grace is now set to face the former World Championship semi-finalist Ricky Walden in the first round of the 2016 World Open.
Grace was born in Leeds and is the current World number 60. His opponent maybe ranked 52 places higher but as we have seen on previous occasions, anyone is capable of causing an upset.
Should Grace pick up a famous victory in the opening round, he will then take on Anthony McGill who earlier beat Lee Walker 5-1.
You can watch the whole tournament live on Eurposport. Tomorrow the action begins at 7am.
